5A WEST CONFERENCE MEET
Thursday, October 26, 2023
Teams: Alma, Greenbrier, Greenwood, Harrison, Siloam Springs, Van Buren, Mountain Home, Russellville
Location: Corner of Lincoln Street and Sager Creek Drive.
Gate Fee: $5.00 per person (5 years old and up).
Race Schedule:
1:00 pm JH Girls (2 miles)
1:30 pm JH Boys (2 miles)
2:00 pm HS Girls (5K)
2:45 pm HS Boys (5K)
Awards will be announced and handed out as soon as the results are available.
Awards: Medals to top 10 individuals in each race. Championship plaques to winning teams.
All-Conference Honors: Awarded to top 20% of finishers (rounded up) in each division.
Entry Fees: $75 per team entered. $15 per individual, if less than 5 per team. Make checks to: Siloam Springs High School. Mail to: SSHS, 700 Progress Ave, Siloam Springs, AR 72761, or bring check in person.
Timer: Clay Howerton, Y Timing. We will be using bibs with embedded chips. You will not need to return these.

Parking: Across Lincoln St at the baseball complex. Please use the crosswalk to enter the course area.
Bus Route and Parking: Drop off will be on Sager Creek Rd, then pull out and turn right on Lincoln St, then left into the gravel parking lot to the rear of the baseball complex.
Course: Maps attached.
T-shirts may be picked up by a team representative at the concession stand.
Concessions: Limited concessions will be available.
Porta-potties will be available near the starting line and camp area.
Team Camps: Teams may set up tents in the shaded area south of the starting area.
