Meet Information
Dear Coach,
This year's 41st annual Lake Hamilton Invitational (for Sr. Boys & Sr. Girls) is to be held on Thursday, April 14, 2022. There are currently 20 teams committed to coming, with a possibility of one more. This will be a certified meet. This will be a very competitive meet. The field events will begin at 3:30, the 4 x 800 relay will begin at 3:45 P.M., and the remaining running events will begin at 5:00 P.M. We will allow 3 entries in all running and field events!
$70 per boys team, $70 per girls team, $140 both. Individuals may enter for a $20 entry fee per athlete. This entry fee will go to meet administrative expenses for the meet. Your entry fee should be paid upon arrival to the meet. Make your checks out to "Lake Hamilton Athletics" and we will have a receipt book to give you a receipt.We are requiring that your athletes us only 1/4 inch (or less) pyramid spikes. Pyramid 1/4 inch or 3/16 inch (5mm) or less will also be allowed. No needle-nosed spikes or otherwise very sharp spikes will be allowed. Some inch spikes will not be allowed. For example the steel-ex brand of spikes and Nike 7mm length spikes will not be allowed. We will have a spike check at the beginning of the meet and spikes must be marked in order to compete. We ask that you make sure your athletes are using the proper spikes when you arrive at our meet so we can take care of our facility.We plan to award medals for first, second, & 3rd place in each event, plus ribbons through eighth in the individual events. The winner in both the boys and girls division will receive trophies. Once again this year, we will award and outstanding performance award for both the girls and boys division (There will not be a high point award).You may enter three athletes in each individual event and one relay team. Registration will be done online at ar.milesplit.com and entries are due by Noon on April 13th.This is an invitational only meet and the field of entries will be limited, so please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to enter so we can provide you with the password.
