UPDATED: 3:30pm Start for Shot and Disc, 4x800m at 3:30, then rolling.
No Long, Triple, High, or Vault Contested.
We will have a coaches meeting at 3:00 at the benches on the infield.3:30 field events begin. 4:00 4 x 800 starts.
Meet will be F.A.T. / Will go best to worst in field events. Please arrive before 2:45 to avoid school traffic.

Athletes will not be allowed to run in opposite directions to get marks. Make sure they know marks pre meet.
