2024 Lakeside Invitational Cross Country Meet
Rolling Time Time Schedule starting at 4:00 PM:
Jr. Girls - 1.5 Miles
Jr. Boys - 1.5 Miles
Varsity Girls - 5K
Varsity Boys - 5K
Lakeside High School will host the Lakeside Invitational Cross Country Meet on Tuesday, September 17th, at Essex Golf Course.
Awards: Team Champion and Runner-up
The top 15 Individuals receive Medals.
Entry Fee: $300 per school (includes all four teams), $75 per separate team. Entry fees are due on race day. Please pay at the registration tent upon arrival. Checks can be made out to Lakeside Cross Country, Attn: Coach Haynes.
Teams need to arrive by 3:00 PM on race day. The gate will be locked after this time.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: This year, we will charge a per car entry fee.
Registration will be through ar.milesplit.com. MacDonald Timing will do timing. The deadline for registration is September 16th at Noon. There will be no race day registration. Please register every athlete who has the opportunity to compete! Registered runners who do not compete do not cause a problem. Unregistered runners who compete will be disqualified. Do not allow an unregistered runner on the race course!
** Coaches-This meet is being chip-timed. Chips must be attached to the athlete's right shoe, and it is the coach's responsibility that the chip matches the athlete it is assigned to. CHIPS WILL NOT BE CUT OFF IN THE FINISH CHUTE! Chips must be removed, collected by the coach, and returned to the timing tent in number order.
