Welcome to the 3A-5 Cross Country District Championships
The 3A-5 Conference meet will be held at Arkansas Tech University on the north side of the basketball gymnasium (DOME) on Tuesday October 29th.
The cost per team is $275 for costs involved in production of the meet. Teams are encouraged to arrive at 2pm or later to set up camp, get your chips, and walk the course.
Team tents will be placed in the parking lot area conncected to the race.
Awards will be given to 4 championship teams and runner-ups in each division and the top 10 in each race. The top 10 are considered the all-conference runners and you can denote them as all-conference for the 3A-5 Conference.
Planned at this time is for the junior girls to open the race at 4pm and then junior boys, senior girls and then senior boys. Time will be a factor as daylight is lost at around 620pm on that date so it might be possible that we start a race while another one is going on.
We will try to run this race rain or shine and will only cancel, postpone or delay if there is any type of severe wx or issues.
