2025 NWA JH Conference Championship

Date: Wednesday, April 23rd 2025

Jim Rowland Stadium @Southside High School, Fort Smith, AR

Parking: Bus parking will be inside of the stadium. Someone will be directing parking at the east stadium gate.

Times:- Field events will start at 330pm -Girls Discus, Boys Shot, Girls Long Jump, Boys Triple Jump, Girls Pole Vault, Boys High Jump

    -4x200m Relay will begin at 3:45pm (Girls, Followed by Boys)          

    -4x800m Relay will begin at 4:00pm (Girls, Followed by Boys)-Rest of the running events will immediately follow the 4x800m Relay

Entries:-4 entries per event, 1 relay team 

 Throwing events will be taking place off site at Ramsey Jr. High.  Shuttles will be provided to transport athletes and coaches.  It is best to drop your throwing athletes off at Ramsey and they can catch the shuttle to Southside after their throwing event is over. The shuttle will not be running from Southside to Ramsey to start the meet. Any athletes competing in any events other than throws will be allowed to throw first, regardless of gender currently participating, to ensure they can return to Southside to participate in their other events. 

-All entries must be entered at ar.milesplit.com. Please be sure your relay seeds reflect your freshmen team rather than your varsity team. 

Meeting: Coaches meeting at 3:00pm in the aux gym behind home stands

Hospitality: Provided for coaches in the aux gym behind home stands

Shot and Discus check in at 3:00pm @ Ramsey Jr. High
