Location: Ted and Marcie Lloyd Track and Field Complex, Harding University

Team Drop Off: All buses and vans should drop off in the lot directly north of the stadium. Stadium entry will be from the northwest corner of the track.

Bus Parking: Buses should drop off athletes and then move to the GAC parking lot or the football stadium. Vans may park in the lot north of the track.

Team Camps: Located near the trees on the east side of the track. No camps in the bleachers or on the infield.

Restroom and Concessions: Restrooms and concessions are located on the northwest end of the stadium. There will be Chick-fil-A available as well.

Awards: Each participant will receive a participation medal when they check in and enter the facility. The top 3 finishers in each event will receive a medal immediately following the event. These will be presented on the winners' podium in the infield.

Athlete Check-In: All running participants will need to report and pick up hip numbers at the clerk's tent located at the southwest gate 30 minutes prior to the start of each race. Field event athletes will check in at the site of the event with the head official 30 minutes prior to the start of the event.

Spikes: 1/4" pyramid spikes only

Weigh-In: All implements must be weighed in on the infield. Weigh-in must be completed 60 minutes before the event begins.

Warm-Up: Warm-ups will not be on the infield. We will have a warm-up field on the west side of the track. Athletes will be permitted to enter the track 2 races before their event.
