-Coaches Meeting- 245pm at the benches. Benches will be located at the front entrance of the indoor, across the track from the high jump.
-Entries- 3 per event per division and 1 relay team per division
-THROWS OFF SITE AT RAMSEY- Our throwing situation is less than ideal but with renovations to the school and the addition of the arena, we lost our throwing area on campus. We ask that you drop off your throwers at Ramsey first before you unload at Southside. We will provide a shuttle from Ramsey back to Southside. The shuttle will run to Ramsey too, but school traffic because a problem the closer we get to 330pm. Dropping off early at Ramsey is best.
-IF YOUR THROWERS ARE PARTICIPATING IN EVENTS OTHER THAN THROWING, PLEASE NOTIFY THE COACH RUNNING OFF THE EVENT. ALL ATHLETES COMPETING IN OTHER EVENTS BACK AT SOUTHSIDE WILL THROW FIRST, REGARDLESS WHAT GENDER OR DIVISION IS SET TO THROW FIRST.
-Parking- All buses will park inside the stadium gate on the east side of the track. Someone will be at the gate to direct traffic. Enter the lot on the left side of the school if facing the school from Gary St. The gate is straight back from this entrance.
-Team Camps- All team camps must be set up on the visitor's side. Tents may be set up in the visitor bleachers or the grounds on that side. No teams are to sit in the home bleachers. Home bleachers are for coaches and spectators only.
