Parking (Buses and Fans)

NOTE: Fans cannot park over at First Baptist Church at all, they also cannot park in the fenced parking lot across from the North entrance.

The north parking lot will not be available for guests to enter from.  We will be entering at the south tunnel entrance, same as the Lake Hamilton Invitational.  On the map the entrance point is at bullet 3 behind the hotel.

Hotel/Overnight Stay:

-various hotels are available in the city for team overnight stay. TheMicrotel Inn and Suites has specifically said they will be glad to accomodate teams.

Entrance and Exit to infield:

-Entrance and Exit to the infield for teams and spectators is available through the South entrance and walk through the south tunnel.

Team Camps:

Team camps will only be allowed in the inner fenced in area of the infield that contains the gazebo. 

Packet Pick-up:

Coaches can pick up team race chips at the Horse gazebo.  Team box assignments will be posted on this site on Wednesday morning and will be posted at the gazebo and the Oaklawn concession stands walls.  Coaches meeting will be a behind the starting line 30 minutes prior to the girls race in each division.

Course Map:

Races:

-Races will use the traditional box start. We will have a quick announcement of instructions prior to each race with a PA system to go over quick details about the race with runners and then fire the gun and get it going.

-Each race will have a lead and trail vehicle.
