Online Registration Instructions
Event start times:
- All Division Coaches Meeting: 9:30 am
- Field Events: 10 am
- Running Events: 11 am
Fees are listed in the HCAA XC contract:
- $250 per school (all 4 divisions) or $75.00 per team per division.

Per HCAA Championships, gate admission will be $10 for Adults & $5 Students
Track & Field Meet Limitations:
- Each team is permitted 3 competitors per division per event and 1 relay team per division
- Each individual athlete is limited to 4 events. This includes relays and field events.
- Athletes may NOT compete in more than 1 division
Divisions:
- JH Division is Grades 6, 7, and 8th
- HS Division is Grades 9, 10, 11, and 12th
Awards:
- Medals are awarded to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place
- Plaques are awarded to the 1st & 2nd Place teams in each division
- Plaques are awarded to the highest point scorer in each division
Equipment:
- Fayetteville HS T&F facility will furnish starting blocks
- Spikes are to be 1/4" or shorter
- Teams must provide their own throwing equipment, pole vault equipment, and relay batons
- All throwing equipment will be weighed at the meet
