Out of state racing continues!
A few teams in the Natural State traveled north to Missouri on Saturday and posted strong days across the board.
Among those performances came from Alan Gallardo-Lopez and Asher Found, who finished 3rd and 5th respectively in the boys green race at the Missouri Southern Stampede.
The senior from Fayetteville kept the good times rolling this weekend coming off a 13th place finish at the Southlake XC Invite two weeks ago. Gallardo-Lopez came through the line in 15:30.14 on Saturday, which is his second consecutive race at 15:30 or faster.
Found was not far behind, running a four second personal best time of 15:33.02. This was the second race of the season for the junior from Catholic, who won the Bob Gravett Invitational two weeks ago.
The two runners entered the weekend ranked 2nd and 3rd in the state this season and only furthered cement their positions on the individual leaderboards following their performances this weekend.
