Course: Spectator friendly, two loop course.
5K course is two laps. 1st loop will be shorter than the second loop.

Spectators: Allowed along the course. Course is marked by shorter grass. Spectators be mindful of lead vehicle and runners - please stay off the short grass paths for your safety. The big field to the East between the course and Church is not school property - OFF LIMITS. We can not get on that field.
Kona Ice will be there.
Parking:
Please keep parking to the WEST side of the High School in the parking lot. Once school is over, there should be ample parking in the high school parking lot. If you arrive prior to 3:40 you may have school traffic to contend with and parking will be difficult.
Entry Fee:
Fees will split among conference teams to cover cost of meet. fee is $135

Results and Timing: Macdonaldtiming.com . You will need to pick up your chips. They will be in a baggie for your school. After the race, coaches will be responsible for collecting their team's chips. They will need to be returned in your baggie to the check-in tent. $20 cost per chip lost/not turned in.

Conference Championship Plaques to winning teams.
Top 10 individuals in each race receive medals.
Top 20% of finishers (rounded up) in each race receive All-Conference designation.
