Last year's Bentonville West freshman class was led by Cael Underkoffler and Luke Mbekenya. Not only did they lead their squad, but they were also the tops in the classification throughout the entire state of Arkansas. Underkofler ran a state leading 16:22.75 and Mbekenya ran 16:32.64 at the Arkansas State Cross Country Championships.
Behind the BWest duo was a Bentonville High's Alex Wagner who ran a season best 16:33.27. Joining them under 17-minutes is Harper Huckabee (Jonesboro) with a time of 16:32.38.
